Camping, Café & Stables in the Purbecks
Hartland Stud is a former horse stud set in quiet countryside between Corfe Castle and Wareham, on the edge of Hartland Moor. Today it's home to Camp Hartland, our summer campsite, and The Barn, a holiday cottage opening soon. There's also a small DIY livery yard, office studios, and a friendly mix of local businesses offering yoga, therapies and beauty treatments.
The Kitchen, our dog-friendly café, is open to campers, visitors and locals alike. It's the perfect stop for a coffee and a homemade pasty.
Studland's beaches, Swanage and the Jurassic Coast are all a short drive away, with plenty of walks and cycle routes right on the doorstep.

Family Camping Near Corfe Castle & Studland, Dorset
Pitch your tent or park your campervan in peaceful fields, sleep under the stars, and spend your days on nearby beaches and country walks. We're open for around 30 days over the summer holidays.

Dog-Friendly Holiday Cottage in the Purbecks
Our newest addition is a cosy countryside retreat for up to four guests. It's the perfect base for exploring Corfe Castle, Studland and the Purbeck hills, with plenty of room to kick off your wellies after a long walk.

Dog-Friendly Café
Our dog-friendly café serves Dorset tea, good coffee and homemade cake, plus pies, pasties, quiches and salads fresh from the oven. You can eat indoors or out, with views across the fields.

HARTLAND STABLES
DIY Livery Near Wareham
Our small, friendly DIY livery yard has space for up to 4 horses or ponies. Each horse has its own stable and grazing, with a shared tack room and storage for hay and straw.
Riders have use of our sand school for schooling all year round. There's also superb off-road hacking straight from the yard across Hartland Moor and the beautiful Purbeck countryside beyond. It's a peaceful, rural setting where you and your horse can really enjoy the space.
HARTLAND OFFICES
Studio Units & Loft Space to Hire
Seven studio units in a converted barn, with a shared kitchen, meeting room, washrooms and disabled access. They're home to a friendly mix of small local businesses. Our Loft Space is available to hire for yoga, workshops and day retreats.

Hartland Stud Offices is helping to reduce Dorset’s carbon foot print with the installation of a new PV Solar Panel system.
With East and West facing panels this will provide the offices with more sustainable electricity during daytime hours. Our project has been part funded by Low Carbon Dorset as part of the European Regional Development Fund and will save over 4.65 tonnes of CO2 each year.
